Sonarwise is an independent iGaming game studio based in Tbilisi, Georgia. This website is a B2B platform aimed at aggregators, operators, and testing laboratories. We do not offer consumer gambling services.

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through the demo request form:
- Work email address (required)
- Name (optional)
- Company name (optional)
We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for security and diagnostic purposes. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising networks, or third-party analytics.
3. How we use your data
We use your information solely to:
- Respond to your demo request
- Follow up on B2B partnership enquiries
- Send you information about SONAR that you have requested
We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or any automated profiling. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
4. Data storage
Your data is stored securely on a server located in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union), operated by DigitalOcean LLC. The server is access-controlled and encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
We retain contact data for a maximum of 24 months, or until you request deletion.

You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Withdraw consent at any time

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a B2B enquiry you initiated) and, where applicable, your consent provided by submitting the form.
